1. Operator
The website basswarandcaox.com is operated by
ACTIVATED Network — Schroetter & Puschmann GbR
(see imprint). By using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Permitted use
You may browse the site, use the booking form for genuine booking enquiries, subscribe to the newsletter, and download the free files offered for personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- circumvent technical protection measures or attempt to access non-public parts of the site;
- use the booking form for spam, mass enquiries, or any unlawful purpose;
- scrape or systematically download content beyond what is needed to view the site;
- use the free downloads for commercial release, sale, or to misrepresent authorship.
3. Free downloads
The downloads on /downloads (Booty Boom Vol. 1 + 2 and similar) are provided free of charge for personal listening and DJ use. All rights, including copyright on the underlying compositions and recordings, remain with the rightful holders. Commercial release or distribution is not permitted.
4. Newsletter
The newsletter is delivered via double-opt-in. By confirming your email address you agree to receive occasional updates about releases, tour dates, and free downloads. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
5. Intellectual property
All texts, photos, videos, logos and audio on this site are protected by copyright. Press materials in the EPK section may be used for editorial coverage of the artist with attribution to "BassWar & CaoX". Any other use requires prior written permission.
6. External links
The site links to external services (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, social media, Bandsintown). We have no control over the content or availability of those services and assume no liability for them.
7. Liability
We strive to keep the site accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or freedom from errors. Liability for damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law, except for intent and gross negligence.
8. Applicable law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the operator (see imprint).
9. Severability
If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the legal arrangement that comes closest to its commercial intent.
